We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Rat & Boa pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the signature security ribbon is intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal is unbroken and all designer labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
